Please note that by booking any time in our studio you automatically agree to our policies listed below:

SOHO HAUS POLICIES & AGREEMENTS

  • Rental time includes setup, tear down, and cleaning.

  • Rental time begins promptly at your scheduled time and ends at scheduled time, including clean up.

  • Additional time will incur additional fees.

  • Renter must not damage studio equipment or props. If damage occurs, renter agrees to pay for the damage within 30 days. Damage fees is at the discretion of the owner.

  • Renter agrees to be respectful of others in the space and keep noise at a respectful level- have fun but always respectful :)

  • Renter agrees not to use studio for illegal activities.

  • No smoking or vaping is allowed.

  • Renter agrees to lock door upon leaving.

  • No Outdoor Shoes

    Please note there are no outdoor shoes in the studio rooms for photographers and other team members.  Photographers, please ensure you bring indoor shoes or wear shoe coverings.  Please insure you bring clean shoes to wear in the studio at all times.

  • No Food or Drinks

  • All Bookings are Final. If you need to reschedule, we ask that you do so before 48 hours and a studio credit will be issued. Failure to do so will have you lose your studio time and you will need to rebook your time and pay in full. No refunds. By booking this time you agree to the above policies.
