Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

~ All shoots are to be paid in full at the time of booking. All bookings are final.

~ No refunds, only studio credit for cancelled bookings (see rules below for cancellations).

~ Cancellations/Rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to your booking will result in you losing your studio reservation and no credit will be offered.

~ Cancellations/Rescheduling 48 hours or more prior to check-in will receive a studio credit.

~ Studio credit is available for your rebooking date. Your new date MUST BE BOOKED WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF ORIGINAL BOOKING DATE OR YOUR CREDIT WILL EXPIRE.

~ If SOHO cancels the booking (which is rare but may happen if there’s an emergency) we will offer 100% refund to the guest.

5.NO outdoor footwear is to be worn past the entrance for hygiene of the studio.

6.DO NOT DRAG FURNITURE.

If you wish to move furniture please do so with the help of someone else as to not scratch the floors/furniture

7.Enjoy the SONOS system and have fun, but don't abuse it - please respect our neighbours.

8.Return all furniture and props back to where you found them before leaving.

9.Please clean up after yourself after every shoot. Leave the studio as you would like to see it before your shoot. Minimum $50 cleaning fee will apply if failed to do so. If damage to any of the furniture or property is recorded, we will charge based on damages.

*Bathtub/shower is strictly off-limits and inaccessible for use in any way.

Your booking begins the time you book for, no earlier, and ends the time it's booked, no later. You will be charged extra for every 15 min after your booking based on our $90/hr rate +tax. If you’ve gone overtime, your time over will be automatically charged to your card on file. Please keep in mind with your allotted booked studio time to factor in set up and clean up. There will be no exceptions as this cuts into cleaning time and other bookings.

We are located at 131 Wellington Street at the back of the little red house. There will be signage letting you know of the entrance to SOHO. Parking is provided at the rear. You will be provided a code once you have booked your studio time. This will permit you access to the building. Please note- this code changes after each use.

If you break, stain, rip, or any form of damage to property is encountered during your stay, your card on file will be charged for repair or full replacement of the damage as inspected by the owner. You may also be charged any other fees associated with the inconvenience such as loss of income due to damages or loss of items. The minimum damage fee is $50.

SOHO has 24/7 video monitored surveillance (apart from the washrooms). The cameras are only checked in the event of theft/damage or leaving the studio late.
